Penticton has Crabs, Joan has a New Camera

So here I am in Penticton. The blossoms are all crab apples in bloom for this long weekend. I have not gotten a lot done, mostly gardening for Fred, Hugh's dad. I have got a new camera which I fell in love with a couldn't leave in the store. I am a complete sucker for tools. The camera is a Panasonic DMC-TZ5, the crab apples are various that I found an a walk yesterday morning on the way to the farmer's market here.

Double Duty

The cherry blossoms have finished but now the clematis is blooming in the cherry tree. It looks great but the cherry must feel upstaged and over burdened. When the clematis is finished blooming I will cut it back drastically. There must be a moral in there somewhere. ?? Don't bloom on top of your neightbour or you will be cut down.??

I think I must make a clematis floral cane.

Once More into the Fray

Another jury, another show. I hope that am lucky this time. There is no place to say a word about what I am doing or using on this application, so I can only hope. If I don't get in it is an opportunity to relax for a day during the holidays.

I will post no link to the show until they accept me. So there.
